Volunteer With Us

A refugee is defined as someone who flees their homeland because of danger of persecution based on race, religion or nationality.  After being forced from their war torn countries, refugees are in need of help, support and community.  MAYA Collection artisans are looking for a safe place to learn, create and contribute in their new community.  If you get involved with MAYA Collection, you can help change the lives of an entire refugee family.  You also will find that your life will change too!

We are always in need of volunteers to support our ministry as we impact the lives of our refugee community.  Below are a few ways you can get involved and volunteer your time.

  • Join our prayer team

  • Teach sewing skills

  • Help set up and work at outdoor/indoor markets

  • Sort through fabric and crafting donations

  • Provide snacks for Lotus Collection meetings
